Introducing Curo
Curo is a cloud-native CRM and practice management platform for financial planning and wealth management firms, built natively on the Microsoft Power Platform. It brings together client relationship management, workflow automation, reporting and Microsoft 365 integration in one system, helping advice firms modernise operations and adopt AI securely within their own Microsoft environment.
Curo is built for mid-to-large financial planning and wealth management firms that need enterprise-grade security, scalability and control. It supports the full advice lifecycle — from lead capture and fact finding through to advice delivery, implementation and ongoing client servicing.
Curo is developed by Time4Advice, which has been part of the IntegraFin Holdings plc Group since 2021 — the FTSE 250 group that also owns the Transact wrap platform. That backing gives Curo firms long-term investment, financial stability and deep industry experience behind the technology.
Curo is one of the only advice CRMs built natively on the Microsoft Power Platform rather than adapted to it. That means embedded Microsoft 365 integration, a highly scalable automation-ready architecture, client-controlled data, and a direct line to Microsoft's ongoing investment in AI and cloud technology — rather than relying on a third party's bolt-on integrations.
It means Curo runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, using Microsoft Dataverse for secure data storage and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as its foundation. Your firm keeps full ownership and access to its data, while benefiting from native tools like Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot without needing custom development.
What can Curo do?
Curo covers client relationship management, fact finding, advice workflows, account opening and implementation, income and fee management, task and workflow automation, client reporting and valuations, and business intelligence — all from a single connected platform rather than multiple disconnected systems.
Yes. Curo has native Copilot AI capabilities built in, since it sits directly on the Microsoft Power Platform. This helps reduce administration, improve data quality and speed up client servicing, without needing a separate AI tool bolted onto your CRM. Curo has extensive integrations with other AI providers such as Advisory AI and 4Admin.
HeadStart is Curo's suite of pre-built business processes and document automation, designed around common adviser and wealth management requirements. It gives firms proven workflows and best-practice templates from day one, reducing implementation time and manual administration.
Yes. Curo can be extended using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot AI, letting firms tailor workflows and automate processes without bespoke software development — while still including the governance, audit and security controls regulated financial services firms need.
Data, reporting and insight
Yes. Curo includes embedded Microsoft Power BI, giving firms customisable views, dashboards and Excel exports so operational and client data can be turned into actionable management information without exporting to a separate BI tool.
Yes. Curo lets you build and report on family or household groups — including partners, children, trusts and corporate connections — with combined views for reporting, even where different advisers manage different individuals within the same household.
Yes. Curo supports four account types — Household, Trust, Corporate and Professional Firm — along with connection roles for trustees, directors, beneficiaries and other interested parties, so firms can manage every client structure in one system.
Integrations and connectivity
Yes, natively. As a true Microsoft Power Platform application, Curo works seamlessly with Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Copilot and OneDrive, along with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages — without needing separate integration middleware.
Curo connects with over 70 providers, platforms and services across financial planning, risk profiling, portfolio research, AML, document management and workflow automation — with the ecosystem continuing to grow.
Curo has live integrations with tools including DocuSign, Dynamic Planner, FE Analytics, SmartSearch, Voyant, Moneyinfo, Experlogix, and Click Dimensions, among many others, covering everything from risk profiling and cashflow to document automation and marketing.
Yes. Curo provides an Integration Framework offering guidance and self-service access for new integrators via the Microsoft Dataverse API, and Microsoft Power Platform Connectors allow workflow automation with a wide range of third-party tools through Power Automate.
Yes. Curo integrates with Moneyinfo, giving clients visibility of their plans, assets and performance, refreshed from Curo daily. A newly developed native Curo client portal is also in progress, adding secure messaging, document sharing and portfolio tracking.
Security, compliance and data protection
Yes. Curo is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, which enforces data encryption both at rest and in transit, combined with Multi-Factor Authentication and strict role-based access controls. Time4Advice also holds Cyber Essentials Plus certification, with independent security audits and penetration testing carried out annually.
Client data is hosted within your firm's own Microsoft Power Platform environment, and you choose your hosting region during setup. Because Curo runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, your data resides in your own domain rather than a third-party system.
Time4Advice acts as a Data Processor under GDPR for Curo customers, governed by a formal Data Management policy that defines how data is protected from unauthorised use, access and breaches. The underlying Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture is designed to support robust data protection by default.
Yes. Multi-Factor Authentication is required for users logging in to Curo, and access is controlled by a role-based security framework so users can only see the data and perform the tasks their role permits.
Yes. Penetration tests are carried out annually, and security audits are conducted each year by an independent, certified third party as part of ongoing Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
Yes. Curo includes a built-in Compliance Dashboard covering case checks, open complaints and overdue compliance tasks, plus structured monitoring for GDPR requests, breaches, financial promotions and Consumer Duty obligations — with reporting that feeds into Power BI for firm-wide oversight.
Pricing and costs
Curo is priced per user, per month, for access to the Curo Power App, alongside a required Microsoft Power Apps licence.
There are costs for data migration and implementation.
There are no additional Time4Advice charges for core Curo functionality. Some optional Microsoft products — such as Power BI Pro or Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise for marketing — carry their own separate Microsoft licensing if a firm chooses to use them.
Implementation and migration
A typical implementation takes around 12 weeks, depending on the volume of data being migrated. Firms are supported through a structured implementation process, with the support and management from a dedicated Curo Implementation Consultant and a Curo Technical Analyst. Firms can expect a training needs analysis and training and support from a Learning and Development Consultant ahead of go-live.
Implementation includes a detailed demonstration, migration of your data and access to an environment for validation and testing. Dedicated consultants support environment set-up, configuration and integrations — followed by tailored training for your users and project governance.
Our Migration Consultants first test your data, then complete a full trial migration into your environment. Your Implementation Consultant guides you through validation with clear, step-by-step guidance. A final delta migration is completed as part of your Go Live.
Training is provided at no extra cost, combining instructor-led sessions (tailored for both new users and experienced users transitioning from other systems), e-learning modules, and a searchable knowledge base.
Support and continuous improvement
Support is delivered through a dedicated Service Desk (09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday) via ticket, email or phone, backed by a searchable knowledge base. Response and resolution times are governed by a published Service Level Agreement, and support is included in the Curo licence fee.
Response and resolution times are tiered by severity — critical issues are responded to within 30 minutes and resolved within 2 hours, while lower-priority requests are resolved within a few business days — all defined in a published Service Level Agreement.
Curo is updated monthly, using an automated deployment process that requires no downtime. New features are communicated in advance via email and published Release Notes, and firms with a separate test environment get early access to review changes before they go live.
Yes. Users can engage with the Product Team through User Groups and Focus Sessions, or raise a formal Service Request for Change, which is scored and prioritised based on demand, strategic alignment and business value.
Firms get scheduled go-live workshops, an issue log to track queries, and optional wash-up sessions on specific topics — with on-site go-live support and floor-walking available on request.
